That “Lived-In” Look? It’s Intentional
The Cloud Sofa is designed with a relaxed, casual feel in mind. Think soft edges, gently creased fabric, and perfectly imperfect cushions that invite you to sit back and unwind. This isn’t a rigid, structured piece - it’s all about comfort. That means a slightly slouched, lived-in look is not only normal, but part of its charm.

Why Plumping Matters
The secret behind that luxurious comfort lies in its feather and fibre-filled base cushions and 100% feather filled back cushions. Over time, these fillings will settle and move - especially in well-loved spots (we all have one!)

To keep everything looking and feeling full and inviting:
• Plump and rotate back cushions weekly (or more often in high-use households)
• Shake, punch, and redistribute the filling of both base and back cushions to restore loft
• Rotate base inserts and back cushions to ensure even wear

This is a normal and expected part of owning feather-filled furniture… Feather-filled cushions are made up of thousands of soft, airy fibres that naturally shift and compress with use. As you sit and relax into the sofa, air is gently pushed out from between the feathers, causing them to flatten slightly over time. A quick plump simply reintroduces air and redistributes the filling, bringing the cushions back to their full, cloud-like shape. It only takes a minute, but makes all the difference.

The First Few Weeks
When your sofa first arrives, you may notice the cushions soften and settle as they adjust to daily use. This is completely normal and part of the process as the filling finds its natural shape within your home. We also advise spraying your new covers with a fabric protector (such as Scotch guard) to avoid fading and for your peace of mind for spot cleaning!
After this initial period, a simple routine of plumping and rotating will keep everything feeling just right.

• Keep your sofa out of direct sunlight to minimise fading, which is naturally occurring, even in dappled light
