I was a little unsure about buying online without having seen the lamp in person, but I absolutely love it! It's larger than I thought but works perfectly in my space.
Lovely little side tables. Disappointed with damaged packaging which loosened glued leg just a bit making it wonky. I'm too old to bother with returns so will go to men's shed and get someone to glue it properly. Furniture itself is great but long delivery distance didn't work to my favour. Always happy with Black Mango though.

After 1 year our cloud sofa started to ‘pill’, after 2 years holes in the fabric started to form which are now large splits. After contacting black mango I was advised this was the nature of the nature fabric and to buy a new cover. Very disappointed!!
Hey Alex, Thank you for your feedback. The condition you've shown here is certainly not what we would expect to see from one of our Cloud sofas, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns again.
As you selected our Slate cover, which is the only jute blend fabric in our range, we did provide some specific care recommendations when responding to your enquiry. These included applying Scotchgard protection, regular cleaning and maintenance tips and as per care instructions for these to be dry cleaned only as natural fibres can be more susceptible to wear if these precautions aren't followed.
We did also mention that one of the benefits of the Cloud being a slipcover sofa is that it can be refreshed rather than replaced. While replacement covers are available in this original Slate fabric, we also offer a wide range of alternative fabric options that may be better suited to your household and lifestyle requirements.

While not as soft and squishy-comfy as its name suggests, I do love this sofa. It's a great size, particularly for my small living room, It IS comfortable, though, and ticks the boxes for tall people with a supportive, higher back and nice length for lounging. I love the fabric and can see me getting a cover in a different colour down the track, despite the gymnastics required to change over! Only problem is that now I need a new rug to complement the gorgeous green... ;-)
Five stars from me. This bedhead was the piece that pulled our entire bedroom together.
I was looking for something that felt warm, relaxed and timeless, and the natural rattan and curved shape are just beautiful. It adds texture and interest without being too busy and works perfectly with both modern and coastal-inspired interiors.
The quality is excellent, it feels solid and well constructed, and it looks far more expensive than its price point. Every time I walk into the room, it makes me smile.

I am so happy with my choice of rug but realise that without the support and kindness of the team I would have chosen another colour. I was encouraged to take home some swatches to make sure I choose the right colour, very happy with the final choice. I also love the little detail at each end of the rug. Overall it really brings the room together :)

I bought two of these chairs mainly for display in my new home. Unfortunately, the quality was disappointing. One of the seat cushions appears noticeably thinner than the other, which makes the chairs look inconsistent. Overall, the build quality does not feel very good, and the product did not meet my expectations. While they may work as decorative pieces, I would have expected better quality control for the price.

Please know that the seat cushions are partially feather-filled, so it's possible that one cushion may simply need a little plumping after transit to regain its shape and the frames are crafted with beautiful raw oak frames, which are one of our favourite French features.

Arrived today in excellent condition. Lamp is perfect, exactly what I wanted for the ambience of my Guest bedroom. Order system was good, personal follow up was good. Would be happy to order from Black Mango again.

I was surprised at how large the lamp is - it is a table lamp so I should have expected it - but turned out perfectly for the guest bedroom space. A smaller lamp would have been too poky.

Perfect pairing with my wingback chair. I do wish it came with the castors detached. They were hard to get off and it looks a lot classier with them removed.

We bought Ashlee Blanket box for $499 + Delivery of $48 (Total $550)end of April and the price dropped to $349 this week. I called the company if they can refund the difference as I recently bought this item. I was told they can't do anything as it was little belit over 2 weeks and only if it's within a week they can price match, even if their Return policy was 30 days.
Really disappointed with our purchase as i felt $550 with delivery was too much for the Blanket Box and not price matching their own sale price within 2 weeks of $150 discount was really disappointing.
Even after it mentioned that if I returned and get a new one with the new discounted price we are wasting money on delivery as customer needs to pay it and all the admin stuff, they said its not their problem and i could return if i want.
Really disappointing and I think after paying premium price for the product I feel really bad I wasted money and would have found something better abd better customer service from this price.

Love my new armchair. Perfect in my reading nook/retreat.
It is a beautiful green plush velvet fabric. Medium firmness, comfortable if you use a footstool to completely relax. Perfect size chair for small to medium heights. My husband is six feet tall and found depth of chair a bit short.
The chair arrived quickly and well packaged. Easy to just screw the legs on.
Communication with Black Mango was very good.

A very pretty chair which arrived at lightning speed. Only disappointment is the colour of the wood is a much darker, almost walnut brown/red, shade than the pics online which more matched my furniture at home where it is going.
