Christmas Styling Tips

We all know that the Christmas period can be an overwhelming few weeks for many reasons, and decorating the home is often that one extra thing to stress about.
Keeping your decorations considered, and minimal, can often have more of an impact. Why not stick to a beautiful tree & simple table decor this year?

Pick a colour scheme, and Stick To It!
The key to this tip being, stick to it! Dedicate a few moments to consider how you want your space to look this Christmas, and think it through intentionally before heading to the shops and being bombarded with options!
A few colour pairings we are loving for Christmas Decor at the moment are; Classic- Red & White, Dusty Pink and Sage, Neutrals on Neutrals, and, White with a Touch of Anything!

Look in the Backyard
Do you struggle to find the perfect finishing touches for your table, or the wreath that really suits your space? Why not utilise the great outdoors, and find the remaining decor you need out there! The Jacaranda trees are blooming, cherries are blossoming, and the garden is looking fresh & healthy.
Use some of the foliage from the front yard to create a wreath or table piece, and finish it off with some beautiful florals on Christmas Morning.

Repurpose Previous Decor
The inherent want we all have to update our Christmas decor each year is completely understandable, although admittedly, slightly wasteful. Using the first few weeks of December to revamp your previous decor is a fun and environmentally conscious way to bring the family's creativity out.
The BM Team loves to repaint baubles & sand back table decor to create a whole new vibe, with the same pieces!
