Bound to elevate any space, Silvio is a plain, contemporary rug that is rich in texture and finished with a sophisticated micro fringe and border detail for a taste of nostalgia.

Offering several on-trend and classic colourways inspired by nature and European trends, Dijon is a stunning mustard yellow that will enrich any space. Made from 100% wool and kid-friendly, Silvio is luxurious underfoot and will sit beautifully in bedrooms, dining areas, hallways and general living spaces.

The Silvio Rug is available in 2m x 3m or 3m x 4m.

Sizing: Created by craftsmen using artisan skills, all rugs are individually handmade. As a result, our rugs can vary by 5% from the size ordered.

Colour Representation: Product images are only visual representations using real products, and while care is taken to ensure accuracy, colours may vary due to monitor variations.

  • We recommend a non-slip underlay should always be placed under rugs. It will stop the rug slipping, create more depth underfoot and lessen wear on the rug. It also prevents the risk of dye transfer to the under surface and helps protect timber flooring.
  • Treat spots and spills immediately with a damp, undyed absorbent cloth or paper towel. Use warm water. Do not soak the area. Do not use soap or detergents. If stain remains, contact a professional rug cleaner.
  • Do not scrub the fibres. Vacuum regularly with low suction.
  • Avoid direct sunlight. Regularly rotate to ensure even wear.
  • Use professional rug cleaners only who have experience with the fibre composition.
  • Shedding from new rugs is to be expected and will reduce with time.
  • Due to the handcrafted nature of rugs, variations in size and colour may occur between samples and goods received.

Spot treatment:

  • We recommend treating spots and spills immediately with warm water and paper towel.
  • If the stain persists, contact a professional rug cleaner as soon as possible.
  • Do not scrub rugs as it may cause permanent pile damage.

Partner Shipping Policy

We have collaborated with third-party vendors who will ship products directly from their warehouses to your home. These deliveries will be made using standard courier services. The courier drivers will bring all items, regardless of size, to your doorstep, front entrance, mailbox, or ground floor. However, please note that drivers are not permitted to enter your home.

Delivery costs for all rugs are a standard flat rate of $20.

Please remember that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases and lifts in their packaging before you place your order.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Rugs are manufactured and dispatched via a third party, and therefore change of mind returns will be assessed on a case by case basis by their team. Please email your change of mind return to team@blackmango.com.au.If a Change of mind return is accepted, the following terms apply:

  • The customer is responsible for returning the rug at their own cost.
  • The rug must be unused and returned in a saleable condition so it can be placed back into stock.
  • A restocking fee of 15% + GST, calculated on the original invoiced sales value, will apply. This return will be treated as a non-standard return.
  • Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please do not hesitate to contact our team via team@blackmango.com.auor by filling out the Return Request Form.

Please provide the following information:

  1. your invoice (including order number) and any other proof of purchase; and
  2. detailed description of item and problem;
  3. photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable;
  4. any other details we may need to proceed further.

All of our Rugs have a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase, our third party warrants that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the 30-day period, our third party will assess on an individual basis and advise how to proceed. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper handling. To make a claim, please email team@blackmango.com.au
