    • Protect by not placing furniture in direct sunlight and heat, this will ensure a longer last.
    • Vacuum regularly to remove as much surface dirt and dust as possible.
    • Clean up surface stains as soon as possible, being careful not to rub stain into fabric.
    • Most stains may be treated with dry-cleaning fluid or upholstery shampoo, baby wipes are ideal for spot-cleaning.
    • Do not rub the fabric when cleaning.
    • Always work inwards from the edge of the stain with a clean absorbent cloth.
    • Use a dabbing motion with a clean section of the cloth for each dab.
    • Do not over wet fabric and allow to dry naturally between repeated spot cleaning procedures.
    • Do not use bleach or other harsh chemicals on fabric. 


    • Dust Regularly with a dry soft cloth, a soft brush, or vacuuming the piece with the brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner. 
    • Use a soft bristled toothbrush for those hard to reach places. 
    • Periodically wipe down with a soft damp cloth.
    • To restore dry, cracked, or split rattan, apply boiled linseed oil with a soft cloth or soft bristled brush. When the furniture won't absorb any more oil, wipe it clean with a soft cloth. Allow it to dry or harden before using again.

    If used outside in an undercovered area and it happens to become wet, leave to dry and the furniture will not be affected. Over an extended period of time outside, where possible, natural rattan furniture should be stored in dry conditions as it is organic material. Prolonged dampness can lead to mold. 


    • Dust Regularly with a dry soft cloth. 
    • Periodically wipe down with a soft damp cloth followed by the application of a surface polish such as Mr Sheen. This will polish and protect the wood and glass and prolong life. 


    • Dust Regularly with a dry soft cloth. 
    • Periodically clean with a mild, non-detergent soap using a soft cloth or sponge. 


    • Dust Regularly with a dry soft cloth.
    • Use a soft bristle brush on shade to remove surface dirt and dust. 
    • Do not use in bathroom or damp places.
    • Place the lamp on a flat surface and ensure there are no flammable materials around it.
    • The product is for indoor use only.
    • The external flexible cable/cord of the lamp cannot be replaced, if the cord is damaged the lamp shall be destroyed. 


    • Dust Regularly with a dry soft cloth. 
    • Periodically wipe down with a soft damp cloth, allowing it to complete dry naturally.
    • Treating with a leather cleaner is recommended.

    Leather Items will initially have a strong leather odour, to help fade this quicker we suggest leaving out in the sun for a day or adding a bag of bicarb soda to the inside of the ottoman. You can also use a clean cloth to wipe the surface of the leather with vinegar, or use a spray bottle to spray the leather with the vinegar and then wipe it clean with a cloth. 


    • Cold hand wash.
    • Lay flat to dry.

    Shipping Policy

    We ship Australia wide and have 48 hour dispatch policy, unless otherwise stated. If goods are unavailable, we will contact you.

    To calculate shipping please add items to your cart and use our shipping calculator in our cart. Please enter your state, suburb and postcode to get the most accurate rates. 

    48 hour dispatch refers to 2 business days. For example: an order placed on Monday could be picked packed and dispatched by WednesdayKeeping in mind it could be picked and dispatched sooner depending on our order volume. This excludes really big and really heavy items, like our Cloud Sofa range. These items will be picked and packed within 48 hours (business hrs), of receipt, however, these items may not leave our warehouse for several days, as we ship these items with a specialist transport company. For these items you will be contacted by the transport company to arrange a delivery time that works for you.

    All orders from blackmango.com.au, once dispatched, will receive a confirmation email with a link to view current order status and delivery details.

    Dependent on location delivery will be between 4-7 business days. We are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box Address or Parcel Lockers and we do not ship outside of Australia yet.

    Delivery costs are calculated on the size and weight of each item according to Australia Post or Courier costs, delivery fees can be calculated on cart page.

    We can only provide an approximate delivery date and tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

    Please remember that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases and lifts in their packaging before you place your order.

    Returns & Refunds Policy

    We have a 30 day no questions asked returns policy. You can return your item to us in its original packaging within 30 days of when it was delivered to you for a refund. We will refund the cost of the item(s), but you will need to pay for the cost of return shipping.  Please use our Return Form.

    In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please do not hesitate to contact the Black Mango Online sales team via the blackmango.com.au Return Request Form, online Contact Form or emailing info@blackmango.com.au.

    Please provide the following information:

    1. your invoice (including order number) and any other proof of purchase; and
    2. detailed description of item and problem;
    3. photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable;
    4. any other details we may need to proceed further.

    A Black Mango online sales team member will respond as soon as possible. 

    Once your order is received back to our warehouse, a qualified team member will verify the condition of your returned item and once approved your account will be credited within five to ten working days, depending on your payment method.

    This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.


    We have a 12 Month Warranty on all items from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

    I purchased the King size Juno Bedhead in Navy and the Blanket box to match. So, so happy. When I was ready to order the blanket box was out of stock. I was updated on the availability and my order was despatched within days. It was so easy to set up. So pleased with how it has changed the look in our bedroom.     I brought one it didn’t fit and it took 4 weeks to get to me now still waiting for it to be picked up and have my money returned so angry 😡

    Dream bedroom
