I have been eyeing Black Mango lamps for a while, since we had our house staged for sale and I realised how much of a difference large lamps can make to a room. One lamp shade arrived with marks, and the Black Mango team was very lovely and accommodating and immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out. Will be purchasing more in the future!

The Bedhead is solid and well padded. Very happy with it however the slipcover had not been overlooked properly and arrived with a hole in the seam. I had to have this repaired before I put it on otherwise it would have continued to run through the seam and the hole would have been huge. Need better quality control before sending.

The team at Black Mango are amazing. Speedy delivery meant that within 2 days I had the Cloud Sofa sitting in my new home. It looked fabulous. It was easy to take out of the box, put together and cover the cushions with the covers. Unfortunately I found it wasn't as comfortable as I hoped with firm cushions and little head support. It was wonderful to lay down on and watch the TV but sitting on it was a bit awkward. Friends and family popped by and felt the same way. I test drove it with blankets protecting it but still felt the same way after a couple of weeks. On the upside the 30 day money back guarantee was adhered to with a pleasant attitude and the sofa was smoothly collected without a fuss. I was refunded less the return delivery cost. I recommend the sofa for its look and design, the convenience of removable covers for laundering, the convenience of being able to split the sofa to enable one to move it from room to room or around the room and for lovely cord fabric which is nurturing against the skin. If you need a sofa with good lumbar and head support this one may not be for you as I needed to put a cushion at my back and my head to get the additional support. Loved the sofa overall though and not many places give the opportunity to return it!

It's taken me a little while to write this review. The sofa looks great but the covers are much too tight for the sofa/cushions. To the point that we had a slight rip when getting everything on. It seems like it is really compressing the sofa cushions - in fact the sofa is much more comfortable when we take the covers off to get them cleaned. It's a shame as it really is a nice looking couch. I would like to order new covers for it but I'm thinking about a brand new sofa after just over a year of owning this...
