Hi, received this product last week, and unfortunately it has a broken zip.
I have reviewed your returns process for faulty products and it just seems all too hard, with date received, postage required and photos to be taken.
After having spent $50 on the cushion cover, to then have to jump through the hoops on return, it would seem just as easy for me to go and get this fixed personally, then wait for another to be delivered etc.
I would have thought you may have had an option to send out another one at no charge, with a return paid sachel to get the faulty product back.
I do love the covers, but don't know that I would be recommending/using in the future.

Our returns process is actually quite simple, all you have to do is fill in the returns form on our website and then submit it, we then get back to you within 24-48 hours and do all of the work for you.
